How to make Chocolate Banana Bread-

  1. To begin, preheat oven to 350° F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Then, in large bowl mash bananas; whisk in the oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. After that, Whisk in the dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips and pour batter into a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top.
  5. Furthermore, bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely in the pan.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas ripened
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Whisk in the dry ingredients.
