These Oreo truffles (any brand of sandwiched cookies) are rolled together from a two filling ingredient and are super easy and tasty!

These little cookie balls are quite an amazing dessert; moist to the bite yet firm like a cake. The texture of these is right on point. I heard really good reviews on these cookie truffles that both my sisters have made before. I’m amazed at how delicious they are since there are only 2 ingredients needed for the filling! It’s so easy to make and the almond bark makes the dipping process quite easy as it doesn’t thicken as quick as white chocolate may. Not only are these quick and easy finger desserts, but they also make for a beautiful presentation! Give these a try.
