Lovely buns. Baked at 350 convection for 20 minutes. Flour required = 8 cups ( 1 1/2 cups whole grain ). Divided dough in two pieces. Rolled out dough to 1/2 in and used gem jar ring to cut out buns. Made 18 hamburger size buns.
