If you ever get your hands on wild garlic (also named ramsons), these Wild Garlic Sandwiches are a must make! Fresh Garlic leaves (yes, they actually smell like garlic) are combined with a very mild feta cheese (manouri brynza) and topped over a buttered baguette. Once you try these sandwiches you will know exactly what I mean by “must make.” They are incredibly delicious. A big thanks to our friend Alex who introduced us to these garlic canapés. If you cannot locate manouri cheese, aim for a semi-soft mild cheese such as feta cheese (only a less-saltier version.) I would love to know if others are familiar with ramsons and how else they can be eaten so please comment below to share.
