BEST Oven Baked Bacon and Freezing Tips
I'm sharing my oven baked bacon and freezing tips! This is the ONLY way I cook bacon now and once you learn how, you'll have fully cooked bacon stashed in the freezer to pull out for any recipe!

- 1 lb package sliced bacon
- aluminum foil
- parchment or wax paper
- 1 gallon zip-loc bag
How to bake Bacon:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place bacon strips on the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. If bacon was overlapping, quickly separate bacon strips with tongs, while hot to prevent the bacon from sticking.
Tip: You may also store bacon in the refrigerator until needed, I only advise to do so for up-to a few days then freeze if needed.
To Crumble Bacon: Place frozen bacon strips into a food processor and pulse to desired crumbs.
