Egg Patties for Sandwiches or Freezing
Have you ever wondered how to make those perfectly round eggs for breakfast sandwiches that some fast food places carry, such as Dunkin Donuts? Well this cooking technique not only makes the perfect size egg for sandwiches but is freezable and super easy to make.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Lightly spray an english muffin tin with cooking spray.Then add 2 tbsp of water to each muffin mold.
Crack eggs into each mold. Using a flat heavy object (I used the lid to a jar) flatten each egg, pressing gently down on the yolk of each egg.
Season each egg with salt & pepper to taste and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Once eggs are baked run a spatula under each egg and remove. Eggs should pop right out.
