Fish with Mango Salsa

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup Mango with Peach Salsa
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 500°F.
  • Season fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Place onto a lightly greased baking dish.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo and 1 tablespoon of mango salsa over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve.
