Soft Shell Tacos

Soft shell tacos can be dressed so many ways but this 4 ingredient beef and beans base makes for one of the biggest staples you probably never knew about! 


  • 6 flour tortillas soft small
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese


  • Warmup soft shell tacos.
  • Fill each taco with 2 TBSP of the beef chili. 
  • Top with cheese and desired toppings. Serve with sour cream or salsa.
