Preheat the oven to 450°F. Stretch the pizza dough onto a greased 18x13" sheet pan.
Scramble the eggs with milk until just done.
Spread the sausage gravy over pizza crust. Top with the cheese and scrambled eggs.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melts.

Notes: use a tube of store-bought pizza dough or 15 oz of my homemade crescent dough.
For Casey's Breakfast Pizza: mix together 1/2 cup white cheese with 1/2 cup of sausage gravy as the pizza sauce.
Homemade Overnight Pizza Dough: this is the pizza dough as seen in the photo. Stir the first 5 ingredients then add the flour and knead for 7 min. 1 1/4 tsp dry yeast, 1/2 T sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 T dry milk, 2/3 cup water, 1 T oil, 2 cups flour. Makes 1 ball of dough. Cover and refrigerate.
