How to Make Buffalo Chicken:
Place chicken breast into the slow cooker. Pour hot sauce over the top and cook HIGH for 2 hours.
Slice chicken breast in the juices and drain before serving (stays super juicy!)
Shredded Chicken: cook an additional 2 hours over HIGH or cook 4-6 hours over LOW.
Meal Prep: Drain and divide into portioned containers for salads or wraps.
Stovetop instructions: marinade in the hot sauce then discard and sear in a skillet on both sides until cooked through. Can also simmer with some marinade at the end until tender.
Baked instructions: place chicken breasts into a baking dish and pour hot sauce over the top. Cover and bake 25 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
