A fish recipe the whole family will love! This Creamy Baked Fish is made in the easiest sauce! Creamy Caesars Dressing is slathered over seasoned white fish fillets then topped with cheese and oven-baked! An Easy Dinner under 30 minutes with tons of flavor!
6fish fillets (Pollock, Swai, or Tilapia)
1/2 cup Creamy Caesar dressing(or creamy Ranch)
1/2 Tbspgarlic salt
Season both sides of the fish fillets with garlic salt.
Drizzle Creamy Dressing over the top of each fillet (about 2-3 Tbsp each.)
Top with cheese.
Bake in a pre-heated 450°F for 25-28 minutes. (If using smaller fish fillets decrease the baking time.)
Fish: use any white fish fillets that are mildly flavored.
Bake Time: pollock fillets are longer in size (apprx. 9" long) if using smaller fish fillets decrease the cooking time accordingly and adjust the salt.
