Ingredients

chicken breast
(cut into strips or chunks)
Breading:

flour

baking soda

cayenne pepper

seasoned salt
(Lawry's)

Tbsp
salt

tsp
Adobo seasoning

Tbsp
pepper

tsp
paprika
1
tsp
onion powder and garlic powder

sugar
Wet Batter:
4
eggs
1/2
cup
flour
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/4
cup
buttermilk
Instructions
Instructions:
Whisk together the wet batter and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the breading.
Dip the chicken pieces into the wet batter then into the dry breading and press coating into the meat.
Shake off any excess flour and fry in 2-inches of oil until done and meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Arrange the fried chicken pieces onto a sheet pan lined with a cooling rack. Keep warm in an oven until all the chicken pieces finish frying.
Toss in
Zaxbys Honey Mustard Sauce
and serve with crunchy celery sticks.
Notes
Make a double batch of my
Zaxbys Honey Mustard Sauce
to coat this recipe of boneless chicken wings.
I like to add 2 teaspoons of white pepper and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
