1head of cauliflower(cut into florets)
10radishes(cut into half slices)
2tspwhite distilled vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
Make the salad dressing by whisking everything together. Set aside.

To Make Ahead: keep salad separate from dressing for up to 3 days. Toss together before serving.
