3Large Chicken Breastscubed
1TBSPwhite distilled vinegar
2TBSPMcCromick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
How to make Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Skewers:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to coat marinade well. Allow chicken to sit room temperature for 10 minutes.
Preheat the grill to high heat. Clean and lightly baste the grill grates with oil. Thread the chicken pieces on skewers and place horizontally on the grill. Immediately turn the heat down to medium and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and allow chicken to rest before serving.
Note: If using wooden skewers soak in water before threading meat on.
This kabobs recipe serves approximately 6-8 people, which is about 5-6 large metal screwers full.
Oven Kabobs- Bake in a 450°F oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping once half way through.Panini Maker- Heat Panini Grill to the highest heat settings and cook chicken kabobs for up-to 8 minutes or until done.
