3/4cupyellow cornmeal
1cupflour
1/3cupsugar
3/4tspsalt
3 1/2teaspoonsBaking Powder
1cupmilk
1egg
1/4cupcanola oil
Instructions
Preheat oven 400°.
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Make a well in the center and add in the wet ingredients. Whisk together and pour into a greased 8X8 dish.
Bake 22-25 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve.
