1bell peppersliced (I used half of a red & green one)
1chicken breastthinly sliced
5TbspSweet & Sour sauce
Cook pasta in boiling water for 16 minutes, uncovered and stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, sauté the chicken and peppers until meat is cooked through. Add in the sauce ingredients and toss to coat.
When pasta is done; drain and add the chicken stir-fry. Toss well and serve. (Optional; after tossing cover and allow noodles to steam 10 minutes on the hot stove if the time allows, this makes for FLUFFY noodles.)
