In a large measuring cup combine the yeast and lukewarm water. Set aside. Whisk together the flours and salt in a large bowl. Add in the yeast mixture and stir until dough comes together. The mixture should be tacky and somewhat sticky. Mix well with hands.
Cover dough and let rise for 30 minutes until doubled in volume.
With wet hands divide the dough evenly into two greased loaf pans.
Allow loaves to rise until doubled (about 1 hour.) Bake at 375° F for 25 minutes.
