Chipotle Sauce (Panera Copycat)

Chipotle Sauce is a creamy sauce made with smoky chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Chipotle in adobo sauce is a can of Mexican hot chili peppers in tomato sauce and spices, a little of this chipotle adobo sauce makes a mildly flavored sauce perfect for chicken paninis and more! It's also the same Panera chipotle sauce in Panera Bread's signature sandwiches!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (Goya or La Costena brand)
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsp prepared yellow mustard

Instructions

Directions:

  • Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients. Keep refrigerated.
