Ingredients
24ozwhite button mushrooms, washed and cut into 4 wedges
4TBSPcanola oil
1onion, diced
1small carrot, shredded (about 1/4 cup grated)
1/4tspof salt & pepper
1/4cupsour cream
Instructions
Heat a large skillet to medium-hi heat. Pour the oil into the pan and add the mushrooms, carrots and onion. Sautee for 15-17 minutes until juices evaporated and mushrooms become nicely brown.
Remove skillet from the heat and add salt, pepper and sour cream then toss everything together.
Serve immediately or cold.
