This so-called Dutch Baby Recipe is like a baked crepe. It's light, fluffy, and slightly crispy with a moist inside. It's very easy to make and is quite enjoyable.

Ingredients

cup
all-purpose flour
1/3
cup
milk
1 1/2
tbsp
unsalted butter
approx 9" non-stick pan/dutch
Instructions
Preheat the oven & dutch pan (or an ovenproof non-stick skillet) to 400 degrees F.
Combine the eggs, milk, and flour into a blender and beat until smooth.
Once the pan is preheated remove (I do hope you use an oven-safe mitten) and add the butter.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden; remove and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
