Southwest Chipotle Sauce:
3/4cupranch dressing, (Hidden Valley Original)
1/4cupmayo
2TbspChipotle peppers in Adobo sauce, (that's 1.2 oz or half of a 7oz can if you like it spicy)
2Tbspwhite distilled vinegar
1tspsugar
1Tbsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
Instructions
How to Make Subway Southwest Chipotle Sauce:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into a squeezable bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Notes: all given proportions work best, cutting back on one ingredient may not turn out like mine.
Chipotle Peppers- come in little 7 oz cans with adobo sauce, use the adobo sauce from the can too when measuring. The sauce gets better after sitting for 24 hours.
