Instructions
How to make Bacon Potato Salad:
In a medium saucepan, bring the potatoes, eggs and carrot to a boil. Boil 7 minutes then remove the eggs only and place into cold water. Continue boiling the carrot and potatoes until tender.
Meanwhile in a large bowl chop and combine the remaining ingredients. Once the carrot, eggs and potatoes are cool enough to handle; chop and add them in. Mix together and serve.
