Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad
Almost every Ukrainian makes a creamy cucumber tomato salad! It's such an easy salad to make from tomatoes and cucumbers!
Ingredients
Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad:
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, halved and sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
How to make Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad:
- Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions into a bowl. (Store in the refrigerator until serving at this point, if needed.)
- Add in the mayo, sour cream, salt, sugar and vinegar and toss everything together right before serving.
