2 1/2lbsgolden potatoes cubed with skins on, (6 large)
4tbspoil
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupTostitos Salsa Con Queso Cheese, (any cheese dip)
1/2 tspgarlic salt
1/8tspblack pepper
Instructions
How to Make Easy Loaded Potato Casserole:
Preheat oven 400°F.
Sear cubed potatoes over high heat in 4 tbps of oil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and dollop with sour cream and cheese. Bake 25 minutes.
Serve!
