Pizza Roll Ups
Everyone loves these EASY Pizza Roll Ups! They are the easiest kids lunch to make and tasty enough to serve for big crowds! It's just like pizza in soft flour tortillas, stuffed with a cheesy pepperoni filling, and garlic herb topping! Add a salad to these baked pizza roll ups and you have an Italian-style dinner that both kids and adults will love!

- 1 large baking pan, (or sheet pan)
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 20 small tortillas , (about 5-inches wide)
- 14 oz pizza sauce
- 24 oz mozzarella cheese , (shredded)
- 80 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Garlic Herb Topping:
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a large baking pan and set aside.
- Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, 1/4 cup of cheese, and 4 pepperoni slices.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla.
- Arrange in the prepared pan and brush the tops with oil.
- Combine the herbs in a small dish (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt). Sprinkle over the pizza roll ups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
