Pomegranate Salad with a Creamy Garlic Dressing
This pomegranate salad has been a family-favorite salad recipe at Thanksgiving and Christmas events for years! It's such a simple salad made with pomegranate seeds and a creamy garlic ranch dressing. I even got my mother-in-law hooked on this pomegranate salad recipe!

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 pomegranate, (seeded)
- 2 cucumbers, (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, (halved)
- 1/4 purple onion, (thinly sliced)
Homemade Ranch Dressing:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 tsp Greek seasoning, (Cavender's all-purpose Greek Seasoning)
Instructions
Directions:
- Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
- Arrange greens over a salad plate and top with the veggies. Store in the refrigerator until needed or toss with the dressing before serving.
Notes
- Greek Seasoning can be found in most grocery stores like Walmart. To omit use salt and pepper to taste.
- Milk* dilute the dressing with milk or the liquid from the sour cream.
- Use a large tomato instead of cherry tomatoes.
