Slow Cooker Chicken bacon and ranch sandwiches are ultra creamy, cheesy pulled chicken chunks smothered in a cream cheese, bacon and ranch mix! It's also called crack chicken, which I'm not fond of such titles.
How to make Slow-Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches (Crack Chicken:)
Lightly grease slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken, cream cheese, dry ranch, cheese, onion and garlic powder.
Cook on High for 3 hours. Shred the chicken then continue to cook for one more hour.
Garnish with bacon and serve in warm hamburger buns!

Stovetop instructions: Poach chicken in 2 cups of water for 25 minutes over medium-low heat. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid and add back to the chicken along with the remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until the cheeses melt.Instant Pot Instructions: Pour 2/3 cups of water to the instant pot. Add the chicken breasts, cream cheese, colby, spices and ranch mix. Cover and seal vent.Cook over high pressure for 45 minutes. Depressurize 10 minutes.
