Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches (Canapés)

These smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches can be eaten without tea! Cream cheese and dill make these canapés and all you need is a few ingredients.

Ingredients

12oz Package of Smoked Salmon, divided
3
sprigs of Fresh Dill

plus more for garnish
1/3
of an english cucumber
1
large baguette

8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
Instructions
Dice half of the salmon slices (reserving the remaining for garnish) and chop 3 sprigs of fresh dill.
Then julienne the cucumber; set aside.
In a medium sized bowl combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill and salmon pieces. Mix to combine.
Cut the baguette into diagonally sliced pieces and spread some of the cream cheese mixture over each slice.
Then top each slice with the reserved whole pieces of salmon and garnish with cucumber strips and fresh dill. Serve.
