The only Spicy Mayo recipe I make for Sushi! Top it over fries, burgers, salads, or use it as a dipping sauce for fried veggies or tofu. This creamy, tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce is moderately spicy with a mild garlic flavor, unlike fry sauce.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha hot sauce until no streaks remain using a wire whisk.
Transfer the spicy mayo sauce into a plastic squeeze bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.
Notes
Serving size: 1 tablespoon
Keep spicy mayo sauce refrigerated between uses. Avoid leaving the sauce out for extended periods of time.
Keep spicy mayonnaise covered in an air-tight container or squeeze bottle. I do not recommend having the sauce sit out openly, as the top can oxidize and change in color when exposed to air.
