Heat oven 375 degrees F. Line 18 muffin cups with baking cup paper.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugars, baking powder, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl mash bananas until mushy and wet; add the mayonnaise and whisk well. Then add to dry ingredients and stir everything together until the flour is fully incorporated.
Fold in 1 cup of the semi-sweet chocolate chunks into the batter (reserving 1/3 cup for the tops.)
Fill each lined muffin cup about 3/4 full using a 1/4 cup measuring scoop. Then Garnish each muffin cup with an additional few pieces of the chocolate chunks.
