Kefir Ranch Dressing is a delicious, probiotic ranch dressing recipe that is a staple for fresh veggies, salads, and chicken wings! It has clean, simple ingredients and tastes way better than the bottled dressings! Everyone loves this homemade ranch dressing. You can substitute store-bought kefir or buttermilk to make this in a pinch!
To substitute two garlic cloves, use 1 tsp of dried minced garlic or 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic.
If you do not have a stick blender, finely crush the garlic with a garlic press and whisk everything together in a small bowl.
Kefir Ranch Dressing, keeps for 3-4 weeks, but because it uses fermented kefir, it can be kept longer.
Store dressing in an airtight container, mason jar, or squeeze bottle, and avoid exposing it to the air for long periods; that way, it doesn't oxidize.
To Make as a Dip: add 1 cup of sour cream and omit the mayo and kefir.
