There is nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread in the kitchen. My first breads were with white flour but over the years I’ve mastered sourdough baking and making breads with freshly milled flour. I bake bread every single week for my large family so I’ve learned the feel of bread dough and how it should look fairly well by now.
