Fresh-baked breads in the kitchen is one of my favorite from-scratch creations! It’s warm, inviting, and so delicious! Make it healthier by using fresh milled flour (whole grains) and sourdough!

Over the years I’ve mastered sourdough baking and freshly milled flour to make even more nourishing breads. I bake bread every single week for my large family so I’ve learned the feel of bread dough and how it should look fairly well by now. Baking with whole grains and whole wheat flour is a whole other ball game but so worth it! I make sure I restock on our favorite Sandwich Bread Loaves, Bagels, and Whole Wheat Bread.
