If you are not a morning person, you will find some great make-ahead breakfast casseroles, freezer sourdough bagels and biscuits recipes to make your mornings go smoother. You can make pancake and waffle batter the day before and simply cook it in the mornings. Since we live on a farm hearty breakfasts’ are important to keep us through until lunch so eggs over thick sliced Artisan bread or biscuits and gravy are a must on my rotation.
