Panera Bread Copycat Greek Salad

This Panera Bread Copycat Greek Salad tastes like the one served at Panera! Lettuce, Olives, feta, purple onions and the perfect dressing make the best copycat!

Panera Bread uses Romaine lettuce and pickled purple onions but chopped ice berg lettuce and plain purple onion works just fine. Feel free to season the salad with salt and pepper but I think the dressing is loaded with tons of flavor alone.

Panera Bread’s Greek Dressing:

DO NOT be thrown off by the irrelevant dressing name. This oil-based Ceasar Dressing tastes like the one Panera uses on their Greek Salad.  Plus they both have common ingredients which is why it makes the perfect copycat! Do keep in mind that the creamy Caesar dressing will not work. I know, awkward but the oil one tastes like Panera’s so I can’t complain
