I made this with boneless turkey breast followed the Recipe like stated except I drizzled Italian dressing on the spinach And turkey before I added the sauce and the cheese I also substituted for Mexican shredded cheese cause I didn’t have anything else came out amazing!!!

      • Alyona’s Cooking

I made it following the recipe except I added the riced cauliflower to the bottom as Katherine did. (I bought it frozen from Kroger and thawed it to use.) My daughter came over for lunch and enjoyed it so much that she’s going to make it for her family over the weekend. Thanks so much for the delicious (and easy) recipe!

Would it be okay to prep this the day before so it can just be popped into the oven the next day?

      • Alyona’s Cooking

I think it would be ok, however it’s probably a good idea to spread the mixture right before baking to avoid any extra juices.

        • Melissa

Thank you! I’m making it today.

This recipe is easy and very tasty. I used light provolone cheese on top as that is what I had on hand. Excellent recipe!

      • Alyona’s Cooking

Hi Deborah, good to know provolone worked out:) Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback! I’m glad to hear it was easy and tasty!

    • Vanessa

Super easy loved the flavor it had a lot of liquid in dish wasn’t creamy what would cause that.

      • Alyona’s Cooking

Hi Vanessa, the liquid is most likely coming from the fresh spinach and excess liquid from the sauce and chicken juices. You could try to wilt to spinach before you bake it to cut down on the excess liquid or add some grains to bake up with the liquid like quinoa or couscous.
