Recipe Questions

How can I print recipes?

Each recipe has a couple of print buttons, with one located at the top of the page and one above the ingredients list. Note that the step-by-step images featured in the recipe card will NOT be printed. Only the instructions, ingredients, and featured image will be printed.

Are recipe substitutions tested?

Recipes given have only been made as written unless otherwise stated. Some posts may include alternative ingredients, swaps, and ideas for recipes on alyonascooking.com, but not all of these substitutes have been tested. Thus, we cannot say if the substitution will work or not. It is merely used as an idea and therefore should be taken at your own risk.

What is the estimated recipe cost?

The recipes found on alyonascooking.com are at a moderate price range to make. We strive to use simple ingredients when cooking on an everyday basis, so most of our recipes are budget-friendly and inexpensive. We feature very few expensive or luxury ingredients. That is not to say all recipes are alike. We provide a variety of recipes for all levels of skill and lifestyles. Visit our recipe index to see all recipes.
