German Recipes

German recipes are hearty, meaty, and full of potatoes and sausages! We love these bratwursts and sauerkraut sandwiches drizzled with ketchup and mustard! Bread, egg noodles, and pretzels are staples! I had a German friend who cooked very good, their cuisine is simple and delicious!

You don’t have to be German to enjoy flaky pastries and good food. My small collection of German recipes might just grow as much as this dutch baby does in the oven :) No, but really!
