Homegrown beef recipes is a staple when you live on the farm!

We like to stock our freezer with pasture-raised beef that we raise here on our homestead. Its much cheaper that way! My husband will divide all the different cuts and vacuum seal them for longer storage in our deep freezers. The rest of the odd cuts will be ground into ground beef and packaged in one-pound bags. Beef is hearty meat and so good in burgers, braised dishes, slow cooker meals, and soups. It is a staple protein that I make many of my from-scratch meals from.
