Pork Recipes

Buying pork when it’s on sale can save you money and then using it for all your favorite pork recipes is a win-win! I like to get leaner pork loin cuts, uncured bacon (with no-nitrates), pork belly, and ham. If I score on some big chunks of pork then I’ll make homemade sausage for sandwiches. Ukrainians love ground pork for their meatballs, cabbage rolls, and Pelmeni dumplings. My Mennonite friend makes these Sweet and Sour Meatballs that are absolutely delicious over rice.
