Asian Recipes
I love the Asian cuisine and still make many classic recipes, only soy-free. There’s something appetizing about sweet sushi rice, sour chicken recipes, and steaming hot stir-fry’s from leftover cold rice. Once you try Japanese chicken or fried rice from a local Chinese Restaurant, you’ll discover deliciousness!
Over the years, I have cut out soy products but still make all of the traditional Asian recipes that I love using coconut liquid aminos. I even make eel sauce without the mirin as well as sauces like teriyaki sauce without the soy. It’s possible to still replicate the same umami flavors using substitutes. Such as apple cider vinegar for rice vinegar to create those sweet and tangy flavors, Asian food is known for.
