Can I use strawberry pie filling instead?

      • Alyona Demyanchuk

I think that would work too.

    • Mary

Could you add cream cheese? If so, how to add….

      • Alyona Demyanchuk

Hi Mary, I think that would work if you whip the cream cheese with powdered sugar first.

Hi what could I use to make it Apple strudel?

      • Alyona Demyanchuk

Hi Karen, apple pie filling would work, but you’d have to make these bigger to hold in the filling.

I made the recipe but while the strudels were in the oven the preserves came out of some of them. What should I do differently next time to prevent this from happening?

      • Alyona Demyanchuk

Hi Claudia, these are more on the mini side so you only need a small dollop of preserves.

Heya! Have you ever tried freezing and baking as needed?

      • Alyona Demyanchuk

Hi Jennifer, not baked strawberry strudels.

    • Kristina

How do you avoid lumps of cornstarch when adding it to the preserves?

      • Alyona Demyanchuk

Hi Kristina, the cornstarch shouldn’t really lump if you’re stirring it into cold jam.
