- 1 lb chicken breasts (1 large)
- 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce

- Place chicken breast into the slow cooker. Pour hot sauce over the top and cook HIGH for 2 hours.
- Slice chicken breast in the juices and drain before serving (stays super juicy!)
- Shredded Chicken: cook an additional 2 hours over HIGH or cook 4-6 hours over LOW.
- Meal Prep: Drain and divide into portioned containers for salads or wraps.
- Stovetop instructions: marinade in the hot sauce then discard and sear in a skillet on both sides until cooked through. Can also simmer with some marinade at the end until tender.
