These Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp are so easy to prepare and taste incredibly delicious!

I was inspired to recreate this dish after trying Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp at my husbands Christmas work party in a fancy restaurant. They happened to serve this with baby potatoes as the main course and I was so intrigued by the appearance and taste… My mother and sister who were over when I first tried attempting these shrimp, sure did approve that it’s tasty. If you have never made stuffed shrimp you really need to try this!

This was absolutely outstanding. The best baked stuffed shrimp ever. I used stove top reduced sodium chicken flavor. I bet the the stuffing mix would be great with scallops. 👍

I made this today and I think the stuffing should be cooked first, it would have been better – I don’t like the hard crunch, otherwise with a few added spices, it was good. Thanks for the idea and 20 minutes was good.

Hi Jtk, the stuffing shouldn’t be crunchy once baked, but if you experienced crunchiness could it have been broiling the tops? Good to know it was good though!
