Salmon Avocado Canapés are spread with an avocado mixture then topped with salmon pieces and fresh avocado slices. A unique appetizer that can be served any time of the day for that snack craving but healthy.
Even my friend, who’s not that much of an avocado person, enjoyed these sandwiches (unless it was a pregnancy craving for her:) It’s a quick and easy appetizer that is full of nutritious ingredients including common ones you may find right from your fridge. Feel free to use paprika instead of cayenne pepper for a more of a mild taste. Garnish these in any order you prefer and enjoy!
