You don’t need to be a kabob expert to make these EASY chicken kabobs recipe. Use this recipe for grilled chicken breasts if you wish, but mayonnaise and ranch are the key ingredients here and do these taste delicious! I could eat this with just ranch dip and hot Naan bread–YUMM!!!

This marinade can work for whole chicken breasts or tenders, just pound any thick meat (like large chicken breasts) prior to marinating. Store bought chicken does not take that long to cook. With some room temperature marinating and the right ingredients you can have some delicious chicken without a whole lot of knowledge. These kabobs can easily become a go-to chicken side and can actually be served as the main dish during meal time, only do try the HOT naan bread and ranch combination (so delicious!) A delicious chicken recipe made easy!

Hi Amy,
That would be white distilled vinegar but you can certainly use apple cider vinegar in place.

Hello, will this still taste good if oven baked or fried? If so which one would be better?

Nina, try to sear these over baking, the oven may dry these out…If you have a panini press/maker it can leave those grill marks so definitely opt for frying if not grilling.
